Aryan Khan’s Bail was rejected by the court

Aryan Khan’s bail was rejected by the court today and he was sent to jail. The NCB asked the court not to grant the bai which was presented by Aryan lawyer Satish Mansidhe. Aryan Khan is in real trouble and his mother is not happy today. Gauri Khan’s birthday is today and she is will not happy with this bail rejection. Now the session court will come in to picture and a bail petition will be filed at session court. Killa court rejected the bail of Aryan Khan’s today.

The reason behind Aryan Khan bail rejection

Killa court rejected the bail on the basis of maintainability. It means the Killa court is not able to grant this bail as it is not with their power. The case is now transferred to session court, where now Aryan’s bail application will be heard there only. Session court deals on the matter or offenses that are serious in nature.

Bail is the legal process and is not discharge you from offense until you are proved not guilty. Satish Mansindhe said there are no drugs found with him and he doesn’t have any connection with suppliers. People also raising the credibility of the NCB and Sameer Wankhede. Aryan Khan have to spend some time in jail | bail rejected

There is a public holiday on Saturday and Sunday. This creates difficulties for Aryan Khan and he has to spend some time in jail. NCB’s official statement regarding the case investigation has not come yet. Session court will hear the matter from now on. Satish Mansindhe will apply for bail in session court.
